I am writing you this e-mail in behalf of the Sorsogon National High School Class 1984.
As you probably know, our batch will be next year's host to the SNHS General Alumni Homecoming. In line with this, we need to raise money for the affair, which include expenses for the traditional Black Saturday Parade, the Alumni Luncheon, the Grand Alumni Ball and the Family Day Activities on Easter Sunday.
We appeal to you and your family's generosity to help finance the cost of this affair, according to your means. Please fill up the attached form to confirm your pledge and your preferred mode of payment.
The current estimated budget for the entire event, which we plan to be simple yet meaningful, is now running to approximately P250,000. Our projection is for the expenses to reach P300,000 by next year. Attached is the detailed summary of activities for the reunion and the projected expenses for each activity.
